Creativity is what makes society and humanity advance and improve. The World is fast-changing and becoming more complicated, which requires ever more creativity to keep up. Everyone is creative in their own ways and talent is often hidden unless tapped into. The Star Group keeps the organizational structure simple and open; and builds the cultures based on the values of openness and optimism. Staff are encouraged to voice out and to create. Innovative and effective problem-solving solutions are highly encouraged and rewarded.
Externally, the Group builds Metro Production, a platform that invests and encourages creativity by organizing programs and activities that increase public participation, engagement, and access to various forms of creativity, including concerts, film and photography competitions on social media, art, etc.
Metro Production was created with parts of the mandate being to foster and sponsor creativity in the community. Since then, different activities and initiatives were launched for that purpose.
Concert “我有我彩虹My Rainbow” was organized. Simultaneously, a social media platform for new artist “D-stage 夢者舞台” was created.
The social media platform “我們的時光 Memories” was created for content related to Hong Kong and its history．
A Drawing Competition themed “我們的時光 Memories” was launched.
Video Production Competition themed “Let’s just Fly” was launched．
